Return shipping from anywhere around the world is always paid for by us! The 60 days are counted from the day you receive your sprays.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from 7Flower, you can return your spray(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase – no catches or exceptions!
If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us directly.
1. Chose your refund
You can return your product for shop credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
2. Conditions required for all returned products
The spray(s) can be opened and used or completely unused. We want you to know that if you are not satisfied, you'll get your money back.
3. How to initiate a return?
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, and why, and let us know which type of refund you would like (shop credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method).
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
