Shipping policy
1. Hey there! At 7Flower, we're all about making sure you get your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. We ship worldwide using trusted carriers like DPD, Correos, GLS, and RoyalMail, and you can expect to receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days in the E.U. (although delivery times may vary depending on your location)
2. After you place your order, we'll send you an email with all the details before it gets processed. It usually takes up to 2 business days for us to process your order, but in some cases it could be as quick as 4 hours or take up to 5 days if we're super busy.
3. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you another email with all the tracking details. Just keep in mind that our distribution center is only open from Monday to Friday, so orders placed on the weekends will start being processed on Monday.
4. When it comes to shipping rates and fees, we do our best to keep things simple. All goods are shipped with duties and taxes collected, but we're not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, or return shipping.
