Genius

It helps me refocus when my ADHD brain is zoning out. All i need is 6 sprays and 15 to 20min later im back on focus mode.

Zen

Puts me to sleep 30 to 40min after i took 6 to 8 sprays depending on how active my mind still is.

So far so good

I’ve been taking the sprays for some weeks now. The Genius three times per day. I don’t use the Zen as frequently as the other. I feel a difference during my working hours with the Genius and I have to say I love it. Also the taste is nice - I don’t like the taste of the Zen though. It’s pretty bitter and I cannot say anything about it’s effects as much. I only use it when needed and not with a specific routine - maybe that’s why I cannot make a statement about the effects. My preferred is the Genius as it’s made from lions mane and this mushroom is also used in studies for Multiple Sklerosis treatments - as I have MS I am happy I’ve found this brand. 🙏🏽 the genius will become my new favorite, I may pass on the zen in my next order though 🙃
